Provident Construction and Shive - Hattery Architects are currently working with RSM to complete a 34,000 SF office space. Some of the architectural details for the two-floor buildout will include a new interconnecting stairway, high-end millwork, glazing, and finishes.
BONA KEMI North American Headquarters
Provident Construction and Studio B2SJ are currently working with BONA KEMI on their new 68,000 SF stand-alone single-story headquarters.
Provident completed a 100% interior demolition of the building in order to complete the modern design and structural work for the client. Studio B2SJ's architectural design included upgrades on the HVAC systems, new structural for exterior openings, open ceiling concept, total emergency generator backup and loading dock area.
The interior design for the executive offices, showcase, training rooms, reception areas with employee lounge / meeting areas, boardrooms, and fitness room included high-end and specialty glass, millwork, and other finishes. BONA will provide and install BONA Wood Flooring in many of the locations throughout the building.
Guiry's Color Source
Provident Construction and Thompson Architects are working with Guiry's to complete a 3,950 SF new H-3 building addition. The new building will be constructed adjacent to the existing location. The project will include all new wet fire protection systems and fire-rated assembles for walls, ceiling/floor assemblies, beams, joist, and columns along with secondary containment storage space. Additional work will include fire-rated openings, doors, automated and manual alarm systems, with 24/7 ventilation systems. Provident will upgrade the wet sprinkler system for H3 commodities and storage height for 12 FT racking units.
