• Provident completed an 85,665 SF tenant buildout for Healthgrades.   

• Elsy Studio's architectural design included extensive custom millwork, glazing, polished concrete flooring, open ceiling features and elevator lobby renovations. 

• All three floors were completed prior to occupancy deadline.

• Jagged Peak Energy and Provident have a long working history. Provident recently completed a 62,000 SF buildout. 

• Studio B2SJ's architectural plan included a new internal staircase, executive floor, media rooms, high-end finishes, custom glazing and millwork. Also included in the design are custom exercise and shower rooms and restrooms.

• This was a fast track 16- week construction schedule with a hard move-in date. The project was completed on time.

• Provident completed the renovation of an existing 90,000 SF warehouse into an office building for tenant leasing. 

• Gensler's industrial concept utilizes high ceilings, precast concrete structure, exposed duckwork, and polished concrete floors.

• The renovation included incorporating multiple large 10" x 18' windows around the perimeter, a new porch and a large glass storefront surrounding the new entry vestibule. 

• A mezzanine addition of 15,000 SF was included for a new fitness center, conference rooms, and future tenant space.                                

• Provident Construction is currently working with Vestar and Farnsworth Group on an exterior remodel of the main shopping center building that includes adding retail spaces on the current building.

•  Also, four 7,000 SF retail ground-up buildings and new landscaping will be added to the Bowles Crossing Shopping Area.

• Provident additionally will complete the installation of all new underground utilities to seven pad sites and implemented pipe burst technology on 1,000 LF pipe replacement 20 feet below grade.

• 7,000 SF ground-up building with one-arce site.

• Installation of Creative Mines board from materials on building.

RSM

Provident Construction and Shive - Hattery Architects are currently working with RSM to complete a 34,000 SF office space.  Some of the architectural details for the two-floor buildout will include a new interconnecting stairway, high-end millwork, glazing, and finishes.

BONA KEMI North American Headquarters

Provident Construction and Studio B2SJ are currently working with BONA KEMI on their new 68,000 SF stand-alone single-story headquarters.  

Provident completed a 100% interior demolition of the building in order to complete the modern design and structural work for the client.  Studio B2SJ's architectural design included upgrades on the HVAC systems, new structural for exterior openings, open ceiling concept, total emergency generator backup and loading dock area.

The interior design for the executive offices, showcase, training rooms, reception areas with employee lounge / meeting areas, boardrooms, and fitness room included high-end and specialty glass, millwork, and other finishes.  BONA will provide and install BONA Wood Flooring in many of the locations throughout the building.

Guiry's Color Source

Provident Construction and Thompson Architects are working with Guiry's to complete a 3,950 SF new H-3 building addition. The new building will be constructed adjacent to the existing location.  The project will include all new wet fire protection systems and fire-rated assembles for walls, ceiling/floor assemblies, beams, joist, and columns along with secondary containment storage space.  Additional work will include fire-rated openings, doors, automated and manual alarm systems, with 24/7 ventilation systems.  Provident will upgrade the wet sprinkler system for H3 commodities and storage height for 12 FT racking units.
