Provident Construction completed the headquarters for a long term client, Holland and Hart, LLP. The project consisted of 154,400 SF of interior finish out spanning eight floors and was constructed in four phases. Each phase consisted of two floors which were renovated concurrently. The Scope of work key features included a Mock Trial Court Room, a Law Library, rare stone imported from Italy, and high end millwork office fronts.
BurkettDesign, Inc. won two IIDA (International Interior Design Association) Awards in for 2016 for Holland and Hart, LLP. The first IIDA award was for Best of the Best and the second for Best Workplace 50K SF and above.
Bellco Credit Union and Provident have been working in partnership on their branch location projects throughout the Denver Metro Area along with various projects and renovations at their Headquarters.
Projects include ground up / new construction, retail center, tenant improvement, ATM and data centers. The majority of these projects are fast track schedules with some phasing which are completed on time using design coordination’s with prototype requirements and pre-design cost analysis for the specified type of project.
During the decade of work, Provident Construction has complete over 25 projects with Bellco. The projects range from 500 SF to over 50,000 SF based on the needs of the client.
Provident Construction is currently working in several of the first generation buildings in Denver.

Crestone Peak Resource is a new client with Provident. We are currently working on their space on the 25th Floor.
ibotta is expanding onto to an additional floor.
Provident and Community Service
Provident's ownership has strong ties to the Denver and Colorado Communities. Not only have they supported numerous charities over the years, they have supported Provident employees in their pursuit of non-profit work.
Provident supported numerous charities over the past year. Among the charities are The Bridge Project, Big Brothers and Sisters, National MS / Bike MS, Denver Children's Home, Adams Camp, and Boys Hope / Girls Hope.
2016 Christmas Drive for the Denver Mission
Provident employees participated in a clothing and personal hygiene items drive for the Denver Mission.
The employees collected 51 individual personal hygiene kits.
Twelve bags of clothing for all ages were also collected which included socks, hats and mittens.
Provident Construction enjoyed hosting Elsy Studios and Acquilano Leslie for the 2016 CoreNet Bocce Ball Tourney at Dick's Sporting Goods Park. This was the second year Provident Construction sponsored and hosted teams for the CoreNet Bocce Ball Tourney.
Provident Construction has in place a strong Safety and Health Regulation program and it overseen by in house Safety Director.
Commitment to safety is the utmost priority at Provident Construction. Providing a safe working environment prevents on site personal injuries an alleviates possible job site damage to building and property.
Improving job site is the company’s ongoing endeavor. Utilizing and improving upon the current safety procedures, policies, project safety meetings, field training and recurring safety audits, Provident's goal and intentions is to attain and continue to maintain a "zero accident" environment.
Provident Construction also stipulates that all subcontractors and their personnel shall comply with any and all OSHA regulations along with Provident's Health and Safety Regulations.
Provident Construction is also an active member contractor of ISNetworld.
ISNetworld is an online database to help maintain internal and governmental record keeping and compliance requirements for their clients. ISNetworld collects health and safety, procurement, quality and regulatory information. Their experts review and verify this information to assess the accuracy, relevance and timeliness of the data.
Also, Provident Construction is an active member of PEC Premier Safety Compliance. PEC is an industry risk management company which enables contractor management of reporting and measuring contractor risk, safety and compliance information.
