It includes extensive millwork and open ceiling concept with suspended ceiling beams, glue lam truss structures, banquette seating, live edge counter tops, open to structure spiral ductwork, sealed concrete flooring and sliding glass office fronts as well as exposed metal walls and suspended linear and pendant lighting throughout.
Oceanside Capital is a 5,000 SF first generation space with common building corridor.
The scope includes building standard finishes and upgraded millwork and wall systems, with open and acoustical ceilings, as well as linear suspended beams that are lit and un-lit with built-in linear lighting, wood clad walls and ceiling veneers, wood cased and trimmed walls at office fronts, motorized blinds, upgraded lighting throughout and writable wall surfaces as well as various other custom features. The work also includes a building standard corridor with upgraded wallcoverings, lighting, flooring and wood base.
