  • Renovation of an existing 65,500 SF office building.
  • Preconstruction Services also included value engineered the exterior wall material and system to save the client 10% of the total price of the project.  Preconstruction Services included providing cost summaries for multiple iterations of design styles and materials. 
  • All new exterior curtain wall system to replace existing gauge exterior framing system.
  • New roof and saw cut roof to provide new skylights also in the scope, all new electical service and HVAC equipment.
  • Common area amenities, including fitness center, and core restrooms.
